If you are serious about your workout journey like we are, then you probably have had a workout journal at some point. Maybe you still use that marble notebook to flip through sheets of workouts. Or perhaps you tried something more high-tech, like an app on your phone.

Believe us, we have been through it all. We work out, we lift weights, and we get it. There was always something left to be desired whenever we tried to track our progress. Running reports or searching for specific details were always a hassle.

Apps come with their own flaws. Usually they are clumsy and hard to use, or they can only be used on one device. If you do not back up your apps to the cloud and anything happens to your device (you break or reset your phone, or you get a new one), you lose everything!

Instead of waiting for something great to come out, we pitched in together to make our dreams become reality! We went into this app knowing what features we needed and what kind of information we needed to track. We set out to make that experience as easy as possible with as few clicks as possible.
